Isabella has accumulated nearly six years of diverse retail experience spanning merchandising, sales, design, and styling within the industry. This past summer, Isabella resided in New York City interning under Celebrity Stylist Micaela Erlanger. In this role, Isabella managed various responsibilities including sample trafficking, conducting market research, organizing inventory for client fittings, and liaising with PR agencies and brands to fulfill sample requests. Her internship also involved enhancing her interpersonal skills through interactions with high-profile and celebrity clients.

Isabella is particularly interested in exploring and analyzing trends and is particularly passionate about forecasting within the fashion industry. She has pursued various courses at The Ohio State University, enriching her knowledge, especially in Fashion Forecasting. Following completion of this course, Isabella excels in predicting and analyzing trends, investigating diffusion processes, directional theories of change, and understanding fashion cycles encompassing both long and short-term trends.
